JKs Dry Seasoned Baby Back Ribs or Chicken

• High quality 1 1/4 back ribs (or chicken)
• 1 oz. JK #5 seasoning
• 1 oz. apple cider vinegar

Rub ribs with apple cider vinegar to wet. Sprinkle ribs with 1 to 1 1/4 oz. JK #5 rub. Let sit at room temperature for about 15 to 20 minutes. Grill over a mesquite fire, turning ribs often until done.
